OUR HISTORY
Our co-founders each have long and successful careers in Australian real estate.Aaron Peckitt is an accomplished property sales professional whose salessuccess quickly led to him owning and operating his own profitable real estatebusiness.Like many real estate business owners, Aaron’s background is in sales, howevera significant part of his business was dedicated to property management. Heexperienced first-hand the high operating costs that were eating into his profitmargins due to endless administration, inefficiencies and sometimes inadequatesystems. At times, his team members were stressed and overwhelmed, oftentaking their frustrations out on one another, or worse, on property owners andtenants. He realised an urgent solution was needed.Aaron engaged Vasili (Vas) Hadzellis, an award-winning business coach andconsultant specialising in property management. Together, they identified thepain points responsible for under-performing real estate sales & propertymanagement divisions, which all too often were directly aligned with a generallyunpleasant working environment and a revolving door of staff.Vas opened up discussions that revealed Aaron often worked with off-shorevirtual assistants who helped with his often hectic business life and attended tothe personal administration he didn’t have time to do himself.In his experience, Aaron had found virtual assistants to be highly skilled, efficientand committed to delivering tasks at a very high level of accuracy. He alsofound them to be proactive, polite and affordable.It soon became clear they had found the solution that Aaron, and the rest of thereal estate industry, needed.In 2018, Aaron and Vas combined their considerable experience and skillsets toform Elite Personal Assistance.
