At times, his team members were stressed and overwhelmed, oftentaking their frustrations out on one another, or worse, on property owners andtenants. He realised an urgent solution was needed.Aaron engaged Vasili (Vas) Hadzellis, an award-winning business coach andconsultant specialising in property management. Together, they identified thepain points responsible for under-performing real estate sales & propertymanagement divisions, which all too often were directly aligned with a generallyunpleasant working environment and a revolving door of staff.Vas opened up discussions that revealed Aaron often worked with off-shorevirtual assistants who helped with his often hectic business life and attended tothe personal administration he didn’t have time to do himself.In his experience, Aaron had found virtual assistants to be highly skilled, efficientand committed to delivering tasks at a very high level of accuracy.
