Do I need prior experience to apply?
While at least one year of relevant experience in virtual assistance, BPO, or administrative support is preferred, candidates without direct experience may apply if they demonstrate strong English communication, adaptability, and key soft skills like problem-solving and professionalism.

How long does the hiring process take?
The timeline is flexible depending on client availability—it can be as short as one day or take a few weeks.

Can I work remotely?
Yes. All roles are 100% work-from-home. You’ll need a reliable internet connection, quiet workspace, and your own computer, headset, and webcam.

What are the working hours?
Hours depend on client location, but typically:

Can I take leave while under contract?
Yes. Leave requests must be filed and approved at least 14 days in advance. Approved leave is already included in your monthly rate; therefore, any absences—whether approved or not—will be deducted on a pro-rata basis.

Can I terminate my contract?
Yes. Either you or the company may terminate the contract with 30 days’ written notice. Immediate termination may occur for poor performance, serious misconduct, or breach of agreement. Any approved work completed up to termination remains payable.

How am I paid?
Contractors are paid in AUD via Wise on the 1st and 15th of each month. Payments are all-inclusive, covering holidays, leave, and entitlements. Deductions apply for unworked days, tardiness, overbreaks, and undertime.

Are holidays paid?
Yes. Australian and Philippine public holidays are included in your rate. Australian holidays are paid no-work days, while Philippine holidays are built into your all-inclusive monthly fee—so if you’re absent on a PH holiday, it follows a no-work, no-pay approach.

Are there salary increases or rate reviews?
Yes. Rate adjustments are based on performance, feedback, or length of service, and must be approved in writing. While there are no automatic or retrospective increases, rates are reviewed annually starting from the 2nd anniversary, with an automatic 5% increase for eligible contractors.

Do I receive other benefits?
All entitlements are included in your gross monthly rate. Contractors manage their own taxes, government remittances such as SSS/HDMF/PHI, health and life insurances, and other personal benefits. Optional private insurance can be purchased at your discretion.

Are there training opportunities?
Yes. New contractors complete an onboarding overview with the Training & Onboarding Manager, followed by shadowing and hands-on training.

What tools and systems will I use?
Tools depend on client needs. Approved software, subscriptions, and communication platforms are provided. Personal use is prohibited.

How is performance monitored?
Contractors daily timesheets is tracked via HubStaff, maintain communication with Client Operations Lead, and meet client deliverable standards. Attendance and performance are regularly reviewed.

Does Elite provide gadgets or equipment?
Generally, no. Contractors must provide their own computer, headset, webcam, and reliable internet connection. Contractors who previously had company equipment may continue using it, but it remains company property until fully repaid (if on loan). The company may approve software or hardware loans on a case-by-case basis.

Is there an internet allowance?
No. Contractors are responsible for providing their own reliable internet connection. The company does not provide an internet allowance.

What are the expectations for professionalism?
Contractors must maintain a clean, quiet workspace, use company provided video backgrounds, dress appropriately, avoid alcohol or drugs during work hours, and follow cybersecurity policies.

Can I work for another client or company?
No. Any conflicts of interest must be disclosed, and you may not provide services to direct competitors or Elite clients during your contracted hours or while your freelance agreement is active.

Can I subcontract or share my work?
No. Subcontracting or assigning your tasks to another person is strictly prohibited and may lead to immediate termination.
